Imagine being able to focus and enjoy being the host and guest. Our staffing provides just that. Pauline’s professional and attentive staff includes chefs, bartenders, wait staff, and event managers trained for all occasions. You won’t have to lift a finger and spend the night running back and forth to the kitchen!
All staff are fully insured. An additional cost for bartenders includes liquor liability @ $2.95 per guest.
Staffing duties include but are not limited to greeting guests, setting up food stations, warming food, presentation of food, serving, and full cleanup.
If your event calls for full bar service, glassware, ice and your choice of beverages, we can provide that.
Rates 4 hour minimum applies to all services:
Chef: $49 per hour
Wait staff: $46 per hour
Bartender: $49 per hour
Event planner: $49 per hour
Liquor liability insurance: $3.25 per guest drinking
