What sets us apart? Owner Pauline Bownes has been passionately serving MetroWest Boston since 1999. Originally Helping Hands, the company grew into a staff of 12 part-time professional members, so we changed the name to reflect our extensive services. It’s no wonder why 90% of our business is repeat clients.

Custom catering experience – A birthday party has a very different vibe than a gathering after a funeral. Our event managers work with you to set the tone. Clients appreciate our creativity and flexibility with our food menus and catering packages.

Breadth and depth of our food menu – MetroWest Boston is a diverse community and our menu reflects it. From ethnic dishes to dietary needs, our options are endless. We can also create a dish in the rare instance we don’t have your meal.

Staffing – You can focus and enjoy being the host knowing our staff has your back. We can provide the chefs, bartenders, wait staff, and event managers for any occasion. You won’t have to lift a finger and spend the night running back and forth to the kitchen!

Bar Service – Take the stress out of your event with our full bar service. We can provide bartenders which includes liquor liability, ice delivery and glassware. Visit our extensive beverages and liquor menu to customize your event.

Rentals and essentials – We can eliminate several phone calls for you with our rental services. We offer all the essentials from tents, tables and chairs, flatware, glassware, linens and more.
